Using industry standard CAD (computer aided design) software, our in-house Project Department can design and construct for you general lighting, power , fire alarm and emergency lighting systems in addition we have vast experience with IRS Systems , Warden Call and Smart Technology for assisted living. CAD drawings enable us to provide accurate proposals and cost estimates to be developed for the individual or for liaison with Architects, Engineers and Main Contractors.

After successfully carrying out the full Electrical Services installation to five VSH Developments within the Gateshead area , in partnership with H21 & FHM Construction. We have successfully negotiated three more very similar new build schemes in Sunderland with the same team to a value of £1.2 Million.
